From finding suitable tenants to fully managing a rental property, Premium Property Management can provide landlords with the services they need to ensure that the property is marketed and occupied correctly to find the right tenant in the shortest period possible and at a suitable rental price

Personal Services

We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience and with this in mind, we aim to provide you with a direct one-to-one service at all times

Good communication is crucial and our personal and friendly approach ensures that this is always maintained to the highest standard

For our initial meeting, we will visit your property, if necessary, outside of normal office hours, at a time convenient to you, and will arrange viewings with prospective tenants as required. A member of staff is always available on the telephone, out of hours for both landlords and tenants

Quality Tenants

We recognise that the selection of quality tenants for your property is one of the most important aspects of successfully letting a property. All our prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked. In some cases we will require a guarantor before taking up a tenant

Competitive Rates

Because we are independent we can offer the most competitive rates in the area. We are also open to negotiation with clients who may have a portfolio of properties dependent on the level of service required

Overseas Landlords

We are able to manage properties in the area for landlords who are based overseas. We do recommend that any landlord residing outside the UK during a tenancy is aware of the rules and regulations from the UK Inland Revenue http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/international/nr-landlords.htm and that further information and additional advice is taken from your Accountant/Tax Advisor
