I've known Jannett Forrest now for 15 years, first as Manager of PPM under my ownership, and then as owner of PPM in her own right on my retirement. At all times Jannett has acted fully and well firstly as the Manager of all the PPM properties, then as Owner, still managing all the properties, including 3 of my own houses from' South Lakeland and into North Lancashire, and 3 other properties that come under my control. She is always available to solve any problems that can typically arise, eg a leaking tap, or a malfunctioning washing machine, and this availability extends beyond the normal hours, so there's never any worri~s about not getting any response outside of the normal 9.00-5.00 M-F times.

I would certainly recommend Jannett Forrest/PPM to any landlord looking for a professional and personal service.
